Day one of the Paleo Challenge went fairly well. I was stuck at home for a bit because Amanda stole my keys on accident and then I couldn't go shopping for food (since I didn't have a lot of Paleo stuff at home that was kind of a problem). But things went well other than that. Solid breakfast of bacon and eggs. Panda Express for lunch (I had no groceries) which was Beef with Broccoli, Mandarin Chicken, and Mixed Veggies and then steak and asparagus for dinner with apple sauce for dessert. I had an indoor ultimate frisbee game that went fairly well, we lost but it was a lot of fun. I didn't feel too tired in the game although I was exhausted by the end. We only had 3 subs and two of them didn't really want to stay in very long so it was a game where I ended up playing a lot of points. I'm hoping to see an improvement in my game by the end of this experiment.
I don't have the blood tests I wanted to go do because I simply didn't get as organized as I would have liked to before I started this. I am going to see what I can do about that, but I'm guessing regardless of what I do I'm not going to get super accurate numbers.

I took these with my iPhone Camera, which isn't ideal but I couldn't find a better camera to do them with and Amanda didn't want to wait for me to find out better camera.
So that is what I have now. I am also planning on adding my muscle measure ments, but I am waiting till Amanda has a little free time to add those. Since I am not starting my exercise progr am till Friday I'll update that then.
